Refund Policy — Cala Studios

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Cala Studios (calastudios3d.com and our Patreon) are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or general dissatisfaction with a product's appearance, color, or size once it matches the listing description.

Because our physical products are 3D printed, minor variations in texture, layer lines, or color are a natural part of the printing process and are not considered defects.

Exception: Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives defective or damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.
• You must provide clear photos (and video, if applicable) of the defect or damage, along with your order number.
• The issue must be a genuine manufacturing or shipping defect (e.g., broken parts, failed print, missing pieces) — not normal wear, misuse, or expected print characteristics.

Once we've reviewed your claim, we will offer either a replacement of the item or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion.

Digital Products (Patreon / STL Files)

Digital files (including STL files and other downloadable content available through our Patreon) are non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded, due to the nature of digital goods. If a file is corrupted, missing, or otherwise fails to download properly, contact us and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To report a defective or damaged item, email us at hello@calastudios3d.com (or your preferred support address) with:

1. Your order number
2. Photos/video of the issue
3. A brief description of the defect
